Arcfox T1 Finally Arrives in Nepal, Launch Set for August 15
The Arcfox T1 electric crossover has been spotted in Nepal ahead of its official launch on August 15, with the vehicle currently making its way to Kathmandu.
The model was originally scheduled to make its Nepal debut on August 11 at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026, but customs-related delays meant it could not arrive in time for the event. Following the delayed arrival, Laxmi Motorhub has rescheduled the Arcfox T1’s Nepal launch for August 15, where the electric crossover will be officially unveiled.
Positioned as a compact electric crossover, the Arcfox T1 combines the practicality of a hatchback with SUV-inspired styling. It measures 4,337 mm in length, 1,850 mm in width and 1,573 mm in height, while its 2,750 mm wheelbase is expected to provide a spacious cabin for five occupants.
The T1 is powered by a front-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor producing 95 kW (127 PS) and 176 Nm of peak torque. Energy is supplied by a 42.3 kWh LFP battery pack, delivering a claimed CLTC driving range of up to 425 km on a single charge.
According to the company, the electric crossover accelerates from 0-50 km/h in 5.2 seconds and from 50-80 km/h in 3.9 seconds. It has a claimed top speed of over 150 km/h and a maximum gradeability of 30 percent, while energy consumption is rated at 12.0 kWh per 100 km under the CLTC test cycle.
In terms of technology and safety, the Arcfox T1 is expected to feature Level 2 ADAS alongside a range of modern safety and driver-assistance technologies. The vehicle has also been developed to comply with China’s C-NCAP safety standards.
Laxmi Motorhub has yet to announce the official Nepal-specification features and pricing. However, industry sources suggest that the Arcfox T1 could be priced between Rs 40 lakh and Rs 45 lakh in Nepal.
The arrival of Arcfox will further expand Laxmi Group’s electric vehicle portfolio while introducing another contender in Nepal’s increasingly competitive mid-range EV segment.
